Monterey almond tree is a variety of almond tree known for its high yield and high-quality nuts. Tree produces white or pink flowers in the spring. The nuts of the Monterey almond tree are large, sweet and meaty, making them a popular choice for both eating and baking. The tree is well adapted to the warm, dry climates of California and other western regions of the US. Monterey is a good pollinating companion with Nonpareil.
