Ordering

Our trees are ordered through website, mail or phone;

We recommend ordering in early Fall for Winter/Spring delivery since our stock of heirloom fruit trees is limited and many of the unusual cultivars sell out long before our first ship date, which is typically in the beginning of January. A 50% deposit is required upon placement of the order to reserve your trees, and the remaining balance is due no later than a week before the ship date. We will acknowledge your order by sending an e-mail and advise you of an availability problems and payment request. We ship our bare root fruit trees with UPS January through May.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, personal checks, and money orders.

We do not hold the traditional business hours, as our work sometimes takes us out to the apple tree nursery for much of the day. If we do not answer your call, it simply means we are on the other line or out in the field and will return your phone call when we get back in the office. Sending an email is a more efficient way for us to correspond.

Trees are shipped bare root during their winter dormancy from January through May depending on USDA zone.
