Harry Master's was the miller at Yarlington Mill in Somerset England in late 1800's. The Harry Master's Jersey cider apple is considered having the same parentage as the Yarlington Mill cider apple. The fruit is medium size and provides a bittersweet juice when pressed. The skin is streaked red over a green yellow background. The fruit has some russeting around the stem.
