Buffalo grapes are a vigorous American hybrid bred at the New York State Agricultural Experiment Station in the 1930s. Known for being cold-hardy and prolific, they produce large, bluish-black berries with a classic "slip-skin" texture that makes them incredibly easy to peel. The flesh is tender, melting, and very sweet. They carry a rich, traditional "grapey" aroma similar to Concord grapes, but are celebrated for having a unique, pleasant hint of spice. They feature a thick skin that easily separates from the juicy interior, though it should be noted that they are not seedless Please refer below for detailed information on the Buffalo grape vines for sale.
