The Amere de Berthcourt cider apple tree is an incredibly prolific bittersweet cider apple tree. The Amere de Berthcourt apple tree has yellow fruit with a pink to red blush. Flesh is fine, sugary and slightly bitter perfumed. The Amere de Berthcourt apple contains a nice boost of bitterness with a slight honey/vanilla expression.
