Originally from Finland, the Hinnomaki Red is an excellent choice for  sweet, tangy  berries that are hardy and easy to grow. Ideal for fresh eating, jams, and pies. Best in locations with limited summer heat above 92 degrees.

 We are unable to ship gooseberries to ME, NC and SC.

Recommended Spacing: 2-6 ft.

Mature Size: 4-6 ft.

Water Requirements: 3-8 gallons per week May through Sept.
