USDA Certified Organic
Saint Cecilia apple tree is a seedling from Cox's Orange Pippin; this gem is valued in England as a high quality dessert apple. The Saint Cecilia apples are yellow-green skin coated in a deep red sheen. The Saint Cecilia apple flesh is similar to Cox with intense, sweet, crisp, juicy flavor. It's said to be at its most exquisite on St Cecilia’s Day (Nov 22nd). The Saint Cecilia apples will often keep into late March when placed in refrigeration.
