Gift Certificate FAQ

How do I purchase a Gift Certificate?

Gift certificates are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can pay for them using the store's standard payment method(s).

How do I purchase a certificate for an amount that's not offered?

We offer certificates in denominations of $50 and $100. You can purchase multiple certificates to equal your desired value. For example, for a $150 certificate, you would purchase one $50 and one $100. The actual certificate your recipient receives will display "$150".

How and when are the Gift Certificates sent?

We will sent the Gift certificate along with a printed catalog to the recipient via US mail the next business day. Please include the name and mailing address of the recipient, and any special message to be included on the certificate.

How do I use my Gift Certificate to purchase an item in your store?

Trees of Antiquity Gift Certificates may be used to purchase any item we offer. During your checkout process, please include the certificate number (listed at the bottom of the certificate) in the "comments" box. You will not see the certificate amount deducted automatically from your order total; it will be deducted manually when we enter the order into our system. If your Gift Certificate value is greater than or equal to your order total, select the “Check/Money Order” payment option. If your Gift Certificate value is less than your order total, select the payment option that you will be using to cover the difference between the Gift Certificate value and your order total.

Note: If you select the “Credit Card” payment method, you will only be charged the difference between the Gift Certificate value and your order total even though our store will show that your Credit Card was charged the full amount of your order total.
