Walnuts are one of the best plant sources of protein. They are rich in fiber, B vitamins, magnesium, and antioxidants such as Vitamin E. They are also higher than most nuts in omega-3 essental fatty acids. They are delicious as a snack, tossed in salads and cereals/oatmeals, even incorporated into pesto sauce. We are offering two relatively small variety/rootstock combinations.
